What do you value most in your client relationships?
I highly value the ongoing collaborative partnerships I have with my clients and their other professionals in working together towards common goals.
What’s a particularly rewarding example of how you helped to create impact for a client?
We have come across well intended estate plans that are not fully implemented. Helping to implement a complex estate plan, which sometimes is an ongoing multi-year process, creates impact by aligning the client’s intentions to the possible future outcome.
What do you enjoy most about working at Modera?
I enjoy working at an independent firm owned by financial planners. This allows us to operate on a higher academic and creative plane, where most of the industry remains stuck in a culture that is dictated by the agenda of product manufacturers and large parent companies.
How do you do good in your community?
I serve as a member of the Leadership Board for the Arthritis Foundation of New Jersey. As a member of the board, I am working towards initiatives such as the Walk to Cure Arthritis.
